Make a statement this summer with the Prada mobile
So you’re heading to the beach this summer and you’ve got the wardrobe sorted, the bag, the shoes, but what about the mobile? Now that top name designers have entered the mobile phone arena, there’s no excuse for carrying

One phone that’s turning heads at the moment is the Prada fashion phone. Not content with designing world-leading high fashion, the latest must-have bags and killer heels, Prada has now turned its attention to the

To give it its full title, the LG KE850 Prada is certainly that. An all-touch handset, similar to the slick new iPhone, the Prada model is as chic as phones get. Lighter and smaller than the iPhone, its touch screen
and sleek chrome and black casing give it a classic sophisticated edge.
But can a phone that places so much emphasis on style ever compete with the big boys of the phone world? This phone is certainly lacking in some areas – no on-screen touch QWERTY keyboard for example, and it’s low on
advanced media features, but there is no doubting that this is a quality phone, built for modern living and built to last.
Unsurprisingly, a phone with the Prada name attached doesn’t come cheap. The phone currently retails for around $600, and includes a Prada branded slip-case to protect it from sun, sea and sand.
But you get a lot of features for your money. Call quality is top notch, you’ll find email and MP3 included, and there are plenty of games to choose from. But the real draw is the Schneider Kreuznach lens camera. This
inbuilt autofocus camera makes it easy to take pictures, while the Kreuznach lens means that you will always capture quality images. You can record using the phone’s video option too, making this stylish piece the
perfect choice for a holiday phone.
